"The art of acting consists in keeping people from coughing." - Benjamin Franklin"
Oak Hill is a 1910 farmhouse on a former peach and pear orchard offering six rooms with private baths, in-room thermostats, electric fireplaces and WiFi throughout. The living room desk has a guest computer and printer. Read and talk by the fireplace and listen to music on an iPod radio. Lovely afternoons can be enjoyed on the garden deck or in the pergola by the pond. Inspired breakfasts are served family style in the dining room or, on beautiful Ashland mornings, we serve in the shade on the garden deck. Breakfast includes juice, fresh fruit, freshly baked breads and inspired entrees. Good, strong coffee is out at 7AM along with the New York Times and USA Today.
Parking on the street or in the city parking lots near the theater is free. Or you may choose to park in the multi-level garage right behind the new theater. The garage rate is $3.00 per day for a ticket that allows you to come and go all day and evening. Drive in for a matinee, come back to the Oak Hill for awhile and go back to the garage for the evening performance at no extra cost.
